In 2023, priests of the Diocese of Udon Thani organized a National Youth Leadership Camp at the Church of the Immaculate Conception and Redemptorist School Ban Noi Sam Liam. Sr. Watchara Chaipan (Sr. Ew), a licensed professional recognized by the Ministry of Justice of Thailand to serve as a psychologist under the Criminal Procedure Code for Children and Youth, was invited by the Seton Community to provide counseling support. This later grew into weekly sessions for students facing emotional and social challenges.

In March 2025, the school formally requested professional counseling assistance, appointing Sr. Watchara to serve every Thursday. These activities take place in the "Puen Jai Room" (Friend’s Heart Room), a counseling space once a leprosy ward cared for by the Daughters of Charity, within the compound of the Church of the Immaculate Conception. On days without counseling cases, Sr. Watchara prepares the room as a safe, welcoming space, offering games, puppets, puzzles, coloring, and creative materials to help children relax, play, and feel emotionally supported.
