The Social Welfare and Development Ministry of the Province of St. Louise de Marillac-Asia Philippine mission is comprised of six (6) residential-based institutions and one (1) community-based agency namely: Hospicio de San Jose, Asilo de San Vicente de Paul, Asilo de Molo, Saint Vincent’s Home, Dolores S. Aboitiz Foundation, Inc (formerly Asilo de la Milagrosa), Our Lady of Victory Training Center, Inc and Rosalie Rendu Development Center, Inc. These institutions serve as the HEART and HANDS of the Province in directly serving the vulnerable sectors of society: children, youth, women, older persons and persons with disabilities.
The Ministry delivers its services to its clienteles in partnership with lay mission partners and through collaborative efforts with government and non-government organizations, ensuring appropriate service delivery for the welfare and development of those served. Innovative rights-based, strength-based, and evidence-based approaches are maximized to uphold the worth and dignity of each person in the provision of services.
